What does SQE2 test?
SQE2 tests practical legal skills: Client Interviewing, Advocacy, Case and Matter Analysis, Legal Research, Legal Writing, and Legal Drafting. These are assessed across 5 practice contexts: Criminal, Dispute Resolution, Property, Wills & Estates, and Business.
What's included in the course?
Personal Study Plan, 48 exam-style questions, 12 tutor-graded activities with written feedback, 12 mock exams, live workshops, and 1:1 tutor sessions.
What's the difference between the programs?
Accelerated (10 weeks) is for intensive, full-time study at 15-20 hours/week. Flexible (20 weeks) balances work and study at 8-10 hours/week. Both include the same content and tutor feedback. The SQE Complete bundle adds SQE1 prep with extended access.
Do I need to pass SQE1 first?
Yes, you must pass SQE1 before sitting SQE2. However, you can prepare for both simultaneously, and our Complete bundle offers a discounted price for both programs.
How do the oral assessments work?
SQE2 includes oral assessments for Client Interviewing and Advocacy. You'll practice these skills via video call with qualified solicitors who provide detailed feedback.
